He has a wealth of experience in introducing cutting edge methodologies that enable continual improvement and a clear and precise understanding of manufacturing performance. Lee has assisted in the creation of several advanced manufacturing facilities from green field sites that has enabled world class manufacturing.Lee is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and a Member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ). Paul Johnson

Quality Consultant

Paul Johnson is a highly motivated Quality Consultant with experience and skills honed within a manufacturing, assembly and supply chain background. Pauls experience in supply chain development and introduction of lean methodologies into the value stream, to reduce waste both at the supplier and within the customer supply chain, is second to none. Paul ethos is to reduce variation which leads to improved quality, delivery and service together with forging partnership collaborations to reduce lead-time to market, sharing costs and working within the highest quality management systems. David Lawton

Training Development Manager

David Lawton has worked with a wide range of clients delivering training and development programmes to a wide variety of organisations. He has managed teams of specialists working with a diverse group of clients from across the business spectrum in Europe and North America. David’s previous position has seen him work within blue chip organisations and is highly considered within his field of expertise. David is based at our newly acquired training facility based in Cheadle, Cheshire where he will deliver training packages both internally and at the clients’ premises for LPM Training Solutions, our subsidiary business. Areas of expertise include:

Wendy Sexton

Training Executive

Wendy has been with LPM Quality Associates since its inception and forms a solid foundation to the company. Wendy will be assisting our Training subsidiary; LPM Training Solutions together with David. Wendy will facilitate the development of the training material and overall business strategy.Wendy has a strong understanding and commitment to continual development and is our link to the Institute of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) whereby she plays an integral part in associating our training packages with the CPD. Areas of expertise include:
